Recent Reuter’s article on the number of American’ who’ve been without health insurance in the past two years. This is nearly twice the number of Americans reported to have no health insurance at all and a third of those were 18 or under. The SCHIP bill will be able to cover a significant number of these uninsured. However, record high job loss rates create a huge gap for American’s ability to obtain consistent, comprehensive and lasting coverage:
